The Zuni are a federally recognized Pueblo Native American tribe who live along the Zuni River in western New Mexico. The Zuni faced raids from the Apache, Navajo, and the Plains natives, and their reservation was recognized by the United States in 1877. In 2015, there were 19,228 enrolled members of the Zuni tribe in the USA.
