Zhou Fang (?-?) was an officer of Wu and Prefect of Ba Yang. He pretended to defect to Cao Xiu and even cut his beloved hair to earn his trust. He guided Cao Xiu's army to You Ting, where the Wu army was lying in wait, leading to a great victory for Wu.
