Zhang Liang (?-184) was Zhang Jiao and Zhang Bao's younger brother. Along with his older brothers, he rose up against the Han Dynasty in the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Calling himself the "General of the People", he continued the rebellion after Zhang Bao's death, but was eventually killed himself by the Imperial Army at Qu Yang.
