Zhang Bao (?-184), sometimes known as Zhang Ba (to distinguish him from the Shu general), was General of the Earth of the Yellow Turbans. A mystic, he was the younger brother of Great Teacher Zhang Jiao, and assisted his rebellion against the Han Dynasty in 184 AD. However, Zhang Bao was killed by his own general Yan Zheng when it became apparent that the Yellow Turbans would lose their stronghold.
