Zakhar Filippovich Kilesso was a Russian SVR agent. In 2010, he was sent to help Anton Poldark with the theft of a formula for an oil-resistant bacteria from a town in the US state of New Mexico, but he was arrested after his plot was foiled by CIA agent Bob Ho.
