Yusuf "Tony" Nazzal (died 6 September 1972) was a member of the Black September Organization and was one of the perpetrators of the Munich Massacre.

Yusuf Nazzal was from Palestine, and joined the Black September Organization, a terrorist organization whose goal was to destroy Israel and the United States. Nazzal and six other terrorists flew to Munich, Germany for the 1972 Summer Olympics in September 1972, with the goal of kidnapping the Israeli Olympic team and holding them as prisoners in exchange for 234 imprisoned Palestinians and the German terrorists Andreas Baader and Ulrike Meinhof. Nazzal was able to escape the scene after helping in the massacre of the 11 athletes and coaches, but he was tracked down by German police dogs in an airbase parking lot 40 minutes later. He was cornered and bombarded by tear gas, and he was killed after a short fight. His body was interred in Libyan Arab Jamahiriya with full military honors.
