The Yuki clan was a feudal clan of the Heian Empire-era Japan.
History[]
The Yuki clan was a clan of ambitious temperament and questionable integrity, and they were based in Shimosa in south Central Japan. They were hostile to the Kamakura Minamoto, and in 1175 the Minamoto invaded Shimosa Province and captured the lands, and the Yuki daimyo Yuki Sumitomo was forced to lead a group of rebels.
