Yosuf Khan (died 1554) was Bey of the Nogai Horde from 1549 to 1554, succeeding Mamay Khan and preceding Ismail Khan Nogai. After the death of his brother Mamay, he inherited the throne and pursued an anti-Muscovite foreign policy. In 1549, Moscow persuaded Yosuf's brother Ismail to turn against him. Yusuf continued to pursue an anti-Moscow policy even after the fall of the Khanate of Kazan in 1552, and he was killed in battle with Ismail in 1554.
