The Yorktown Battlefield is a preserved battlefield located within the Colonial National Historical Park in York County, Virginia, at the site of the 1781 Siege of Yorktown during the American Revolutionary War. The Nelson House and Yorktown's historic siege earthworks were restored in 1976, and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown and a riverwalk landing were later added to augment the battlefield's historical attractions.
