
Ying Wan (267-293) was Prince of Dongan in 293, succeeding Sima Yao. He was killed in battle with Sima Yue's army during the War of the Eight Princes.
Biography[]
Ying Wan was born in Dong Commandery, Cao Wei in 267, and he served under the Prince of Dongan Sima Yao as a general. After Sima Yao's death at the Battle of Mengyin in 293, Ying Wan inherited his title of Prince of Dongan and his small landholdings, but Dong was besieged by Sima Yue's army as part of the War of the Eight Princes. Ying Wan was killed when Sima Yue's army stormed and captured Dong.
