Ying Shao

Ying Shao (140-190) was a Chinese warlord of the Han dynasty who ruled over Yulin Commandery during the late 2nd century AD. In 190 AD, he and his neighboring warlords Qu Pan and Zhou Huan declared war on Shi Xie, the ruler of Hepu Commandery. As a result, Shi Xie marched his army north to attack Ying Shao at Bushan, and, during the Siege of Bushan, Ying Shao was slain in battle.
