Yasutsuna Kamiizumi (died 1600) was a general of the Uesugi clan who fought in the Sekigahara Campaign under Western Army general Kanetsugu Naoe. During the battle of Hasedo Castle, he led a small besieging force that attacked the Date, but he was killed.
