Yan Meng was a Chinese-Japanese triad gangster who was affiliated with the Yokohama Liumang. He served as the foreman at Akira Mabuchi's Yokohama Trading Company, paying for imported Chinese goods with counterfeit yuan. In 2019, Ichiban Kasuga and his friends infiltrated the company to uncover the counterfeiting operation, only for Yan to see through their ruse and capture them. Yan was involved in the interrogation of the party in Mabuchi's underground dungeon, only for Yeonsu Kim to free Kasuga and his friends and enable them to beat down Yan and escape.
