Ximen de Pliego (1554-March 1600) was a Spanish Navy captain during the Dutch Revolt. He commanded a treasure galleon which was bound to sail into San Juan, Puerto Rico in March 1600, but his ship was attacked by the Dutch privateer Jan Alen, who killed Pliego in a duel and looted his vessel.
