Wulfthere Dunlea (846-17 March 868) was a Mercian brigand during the late 9th century AD. On 17 March 868, he and a band of criminals attempted to murder the Danish warrior Bjorn Tall-Trunks in an ambush at the gates of London, only for Bjorn to kill them and take their pouch of silver.
