Wulfsige of Westmoringas (842-878) was King of Westmoringas during the late 9th century. He ruled over one of the last Anglo-Saxon holdout kingdoms during the Viking invasions of England, and, encouraged by the disloyal King Ecgberht II of Northumbria, he decided to invade the Danish kingdom of Northymbre in 878 AD. However, his army was crushed by the Danes at the Battle of Hripum, during which Wulfsige was surrounded and killed. He was succeeded by Cyneweard.
