The Wonderland Gang was a group of drug dealers involved in the Los Angeles cocaine trade during the late 1970s and early 1980s; their name came from their home base of 8763 Wonderland Avenue in Laurel Canyon, LA. Members of the gang included Ron Launius, Billy Deverell, Joy Miller, Tracy McCourt, and David Lind, while associates included Susan Launius, Barbara Richardson, and John C. Holmes. The gang made money through burglaries and the armed robberies of rival drug dealers, and it was involved with drug dealing and selling stolen goods. In 1981, the gang carried out an armed robbery of the gangster Eddie Nash's home, leading to Nash's hitmen killing Ron Launius, Deverell, Miller, and Richardson in the 1 July 1981 "Wonderland murders".
