Wolfgang Muller () was a Colonel of Nazi Germany.

Biography[]

Wolfgang Muller was born in the German Empire, and was an overweight, balding, bespectacled man. Muller was a colonel of the Wehrmacht during World War II, and he took part in the Operation Valkyrie 20 July 1944 bomb plot. Muller and Colonel Gunter von Reinhardt marched to the General Staff Headquarters in Berlin, Germany at 18:22 GMT, where their feldgrau-uniformed Wehrmacht troops stood off against midnight black-uniformed SS troops under Heinrich Himmler. Later, Muller was appointed the logistics chief to Army Group B under Erwin Rommel by Himmler in August, while his friend Reinhardt was made his chief-of-staff.
