Colonel Wirya Sutan (1968 - 2010) was a Panauan soldier and Colonel in the Panauan Army. Sutan earned the nickname of "Satan's Sutan" for his love of pointless killing and torture. Sutan is also one of the best interrogators in the Panauan military, being highly sought after for his aptitude in causing pain. He was assassinated by CIA agent Rico Rodriguez on a rooftop in the residential district of Panau City.
