Willie Scott in 1935
Wilhelmina "Willie" Scott (1910-1998) was an American singer and actress who found some measure of success in Shanghai in the early 1930s. In 1935, she was forced to accompany Indiana Jones from his escape from Shanghai to his adventures in the Indian Pankot Province against the Thuggee cult. Jones briefly dated Scott, though they eventually separated and Scott died of old age in 1998.

Early years[]
Wilhelmina Scott was born in 1910, being raised on a farm in Missouri. From a young age, her ambitions lay firmly in Hollywood, singing on stage and screen. While her parents were poultry farmers, one of her grandfathers had been a stage magician.
Having won a beauty contest, she tried to make a career as a singer, dancer, and actress, but was unable to break into the American film industry during the Great Depression, and struck out in Chicago and New York City. Scott escaped to the Far East, where she landed roles in several Shanghai productions. Her efforts earned her the attention of local crime lord Lao Che, who hired her as a singer for his popular nightspot, Club Obi Wan.
1935[]
In 1935, Scott met archaeologist Indiana Jones while he was in negotiation with his employer, the Chinese crime lord Lao Che. They were to exchange the legendary diamond, the Peacock's Eye, for the ashes of the first Manchu Dynasty emperor, Nurhaci, though Jones was poisoned by Lao and forced to relinquish both artifacts. Jones and Scott escaped from the Nightclub in an Auburn driven by Wan Li an orphan kid and friend of Jones. They took a plane, though it was property of Lao Che, so the gangster ordered the pilots to crash the plane in the Himalayas to kill Jones.
The trio survived and managed to arrive India where they met the people of Mayapore. The Shaman told them that the people from the palace kidnapped their kids and ruined their lifes. Jones decided to help them and they went to Pankot's Palace where they met Chattar Lal, the prime minister of Benares Province.
They joined to dinner but the menu was bugs, beetles, snakes, monkey brains and more disgusting things and Willie felt sick. That night the three discovered the truht about the people in palace and their pagans rituals and human sacrifices. Willie was captured and she was chosen as the next human sacrifice but thanks to Short Round, Jones who was drugged woke up and fought back the Thuggee priest and guards.
Art the end she was rescued from a Rope Bridge by Phillip Blumburtt and his Eleventh Poona Rifles, who shot and killed the guards. In Mayapore she look for someone to help her to arrive Delhi but at the end she kissed Jones and travelled back to the United States.
Last years & Death[]
She went back to Missouri where she married and had children. Scott died in 1998.
