
William Robinson Sapp (4 March 1804-3 January 1875) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-OH 15) from 4 March 1853 to 3 March 1857, succeeding William F. Hunter and preceding Joseph Burns. Born in Cadiz, he worked as a merchant in Danville and lawyer in Millersburg and Mount Vernon before serving in Congress and as a revenue collector.
