
William Patterson (1790-17 August 1868) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-OH 14) from 4 March 1833 to 3 March 1837, succeeding Eleutheros Cooke and preceding William H. Hunter. Born in Maryland, he settled in Mansfield, Ohio. He served in the War of 1812 before serving as a judge from 1820 to 1827 and in Congress.
