William Kennedy (31 July 1768 – 11 October 1834) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NC 3) from 4 March 1803 to 3 March 1805 (succeeding Robert Williams and preceding Thomas Blount), from 4 March 1809 to 3 March 1811 (interrupting Blount's terms), and from 30 January 1813 to 3 March 1815 (succeeding Blount and preceding James West Clark).

Biography[]

William Kennedy was born in Washington, North Carolina in 1768, and he served in the US House of Representatives intermittently from 1803 to 1815, with Thomas Blount interrupting him each time until his death in 1813. Kennedy died in 1834.
