
William James O'Brien (28 May 1836-13 November 1905) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-MD 3) from 4 March 1873 to 3 March 1877, succeeding Thomas Swann and preceding William Kimmel.
Biography[]
William Jams O'Brien was born in Baltimore, Maryland on 28 May 1836, and he became a lawyer in 1858 and served in the US House of Representatives from 1873 to 1877 before serving as an orphans' court judge. He died in 1905.
