William Henry Miller (28 February 1829-12 September 1870) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 14) from 4 March 1863 to 3 March 1865, succeeding Galusha A. Grow and preceding George F. Miller.

Biography[]

William Henry Miller was born in Landisburg, Pennsylvania in 1829, the son of Jesse Miller. He became a lawyer in Harrisburg and New Bloomfield in 1849, and he clerked for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 1854 to 1863 and for the State Senate from 1858 to 1859 before serving in the US House of Representatives from 1863 to 1865. He went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1863 to 1865, and he died in 1870.
