William Hazard (died 1848) was an American iron manufacturer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He founded Lehigh Station as a company town and married Maude Hazard, fathering Stanley, George, Virgilia, and Billy Hazard. Hazard was a conservative Whig who disapproved of his daughter Virgilia's interest in the abolitionist cause and supported his son George's venture to cofound a South Carolina cotton mill with Orry Main.
