
William Gordon (12 April 1763-8 May 1802) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-NH) from 4 March 1797 to 12 June 1800, succeeding Nicholas Gilman and preceding Samuel Tenney.
Biography[]
William Gordon was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1763, and he became a lawyer in Amherst, New Hampshire in 1787. He served in the State Senate from 1794 to 1795, as Hillsborough County Solicitor from 1794 to 1801, and in the US House of Representatives from 1797 to 1800, and he died in 1802.
