
William Gardner Angel (17 July 1790-13 August 1858) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 13) from 4 March 1825 to 3 March 1827 (succeeding Isaac Williams Jr. and preceding Samuel Chase) and from 4 March 1829 to 3 March 1833 (succeeding Chase and preceding Reuben Whallon). Born in New Shoreham, Rhode Island, he was raised in Richfield, New York and Exeter before becoming a lawyer and serving in Congress.
