William Babcock (1785-20 October 1838) was a member of the US House of Representatives (AM-NY 26) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833, succeeding Thomas Maxwell and preceding John Dickson. Born in Hinsdale, New Hampshire, he worked as a merchant in Penn Yan, New York before serving in Congress.
