The White Edge was a Japanese street gang which was active in the Golden Gai neighborhood of Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 2000s. Led by Yuji Shiraki, the gang was frequently hired by the yakuza and the triads to do their dirty work, and they also held parties for their members and for young women who wished to attend. On 9 December 2005, the White Edge, Blue Z, and Bloody Eye were hired by Lau Ka Long of the Snake Flower Triad to take part in an arson attack on West Park as the Bloody Eye kidnapped Haruka Sawamura and brought her to Yokohama. Haruka's protector Kazuma Kiryu went on to confront the White Edge at their hangout in the Golden Gai neighborhood, take down the gang single-handedly, and force Shiraki to reveal that the Bloody Eye must have been responsible for Haruka's kidnapping, as the White Edge and Blue Z were only distractions. Within months, the humiliation of their defeat led to the White Edge dissolving.
