Weehawken Memorial Hospital shootout

The Weehawken Memorial Hospital shootout occurred on August 3rd 2008 when Niko Bellic, a contract killer in the service of the Pegorino crime family, was sent to murder WPP witness Anthony Corrado at the Weehawken Memorial Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey. Bellic, dressed in doctor's scrubs, pulled the life support on Corrado's machine in his hospital room, leading to Corrado's police protection engaging in a shootout with Bellic. Bellic gunned down several New Jersey State Policemen and FBI agents as he escaped from the emergency room and fled the hospital, and he managed to lose the police after a short fight. Around ten policemen and FBI agents were killed in the shootout, and an elderly visitor was wounded by a gunshot to the chest before staggering outside and seeking assistance.
