The Water Street Gang is a set of the Sun On Yee triad of Hong Kong, based on Water Street on Hong Kong Island. The gang was first led by Winston Chu, who fought with the rival Jade Gang of Dogeyes Lin over control of the Night Market. On Winston Chu's assassination by Dogeyes in 2012, the undercover HKPD officer Wei Shen became the new Red Pole in charge of the gang, and Conroy Wu likely became the new gang leader when Wei Shen was expelled from the triad for his police involvement.
