
Walter Case (1776-7 October 1859) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NY 6) from 4 March 1819 to 3 March 1821, succeeding James W. Wilkin and preceding Charles Borland Jr.. Born in Pleasant Valley, New York, he practiced law in Newburgh before entering politics. He later became a Whig and a lawyer in New York City, and he died in 1859.
