Wai Thurein (2 May 1989-9 September 2018) was a Strategic Defense Coalition (SDC) leader.
Biography[]
Wai Thurein was born on 2 May 1989 in Burma, and he was a leader of the Tatmadaw. When the Strategic Defense Coalition (SDC) was formed, Thurein became an SDC leader and commanded a drone base in the jungles of Burma. There, the US Navy SEALs destroyed two weapons stockpiles, as well as killing Wai and several other SDC soldiers.
