Vyacheslav Nikolaevich Borisov (12 January 1955-) was a Major-General of the Russian Air Force who commanded the 76th Guards Air Assault Division during the Russo-Georgian War of 2008.

Vyacheslav Nikolaevich Borisov was born on 12 January 1955 in Ruza, Moscow Oblast, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. Borisov graduated from the Frunze Military Academy in 1990, rising through the ranks of the Russian Army in the 1990s. In 2008, he was given command of the 76th Guards Air Assault Division, which took part in the Battle of Tskhinvali during the Russo-Georgian War of 2008 in South Ossetia. He stated that the reason why his forces performed so well was because they had practiced fighting in the same place a week before the actual war.
