Voong Van Viet (1944-20 June 1969) was a Viet Cong commander during the Vietnam War. Voong commanded a unit of Viet Cong guerrillas based in the jungles of South Vietnam, and he fought against the US Army and the South Vietnamese government. On 20 June 1969, MACV-SOG targeted and killed him in Operation Doubletap.
