Vladimir Vasilyev (1949-) was a Russian United Russia member of the State Duma from Tver Oblast from 2003 to 2017 and from 2021 and Head of Dagestan from 2017 to 2020 (succeeding Ramazan Abdulatipov and preceding Sergey Melikov).
