Biography[]

Vladan Yermolayevich Igoshin was born on 2 March 1980 in Leningrad, Leningrad Oblast, Soviet Union. He enlisted in the Russian Navy in 1998, and he later became the captain of the Oscar II-class submarine Olga. Igoshin's ship served as the command ship of the Russian fleet sent to the Hudson River during the Battle of New York City in World War III, and on 17 August 2016 he was killed when a squad of Delta Force operatives breached the command room of the sub and fired on all the Russian sailors there.
