Vincent John Dellay (23 June 1907-16 April 1999) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-NJ 14) from 3 January 1957 to 3 January 1959, succeeding T. James Tumulty and preceding Dominick V. Daniels.

Biography[]

Vincent John Dellay was born in Union City, New Jersey in 1907, the son of Italian immigrant parents. A longtime resident of West New York, and he worked in the financial sector before serving in the US Navy during World War II. He went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1957 to 1959, being elected as a Republican; however, he endorsed Democratic gubernatorial candidate Robert B. Meyner and decided to caucus with the Democrats in the US Congress. From 1959 to 1971, he worked as a field auditor for the NJ Department of the Treasury, and he died in 1999.
