Vincent Forlenza

Vincent "the Jew" Forlenza (1883-November 1961) was the Don of the Forlenza crime family of Cleveland, Ohio.

Biography[]

Vincent Forlenza was born in Sicily, Italy in 1883, and he emigrated to the United States sometime before the 1920s. Forlenza became the boss of his own crime family in Cleveland, Ohio, and he developed strong connections to local politicians. Forlenza prospered from the gambling industry, and he allied with the Barzini crime family against the Corleone crime family during the Five Families War. In 1957, he conspired against Don Michael Corleone, but his attempts to destroy Corleone failed. He had a heart attack in 1961, and Corleone had a dummy ambulance pick him up, had the paramedics put him on a boat at the docks, and had him be chained to the bottom of Lake Michigan, killing him.
