Victor Lynch (died 1868) was the leader of the Blighters in the borough of The Strand in London.
Biography[]
Victor Lynch was from a very wealthy family in London, and he never worked a day in his life. Lynch experimented with chemicals to pass the time in his younger years, and these skills helped him in making bombs after he joined the Blighters street gang. Maxwell Roth trained him as the leader of the gang in The Strand borough, and he fought against the rival Rooks. After his factory Lynch's Fine Ornamentation was taken over by Jacob Frye, Lynch led some of his gang in an attack on the Rooks. However, Frye managed to pursue Lynch and assassinate him with his hidden blades, slitting his throat before he could escape.
