Verne Griffin (1835-1868) was a member of the Blighters gang of London.
Biography[]
Verne Griffin was from the City of London borough of London, and he joined the Blighters street gang during the 1860s. In 1868 he was attacked by Rooks members Evie Frye, Adella Wood, and another female gangster, and he was murdered alongside Jimmie Cheyne and two other Blighters.
