Verite, known as Truth in English, is a social democratic political party in Haiti which was founded in 2015 by former Inite politician Rene Preval. Amid the violent and fradulent elections of 9 August 2015, Verite boycotted the first round of elections, but it won 17/119 seats in the Chamber of Deputies in the second round.
