Vakkas Bey (died 1447) was Bey of the Nogai Horde from 1428 to 1447, succeeding Gazi Bey and preceding Khorezmi Bey. A son of Nuraddin, he was a loyal commander of the Uzbek khan Abu'l-Khayr Khan's soldiers and was rewarded with the title of beylerbey. He battled the Great Horde to the west and consolidated the Manghud tribe sin the Yaik region, laying the foundation of the Nogai Horde. He was killed in battle in 1447.
