The Union Trust Building is a nine-story office building located in Northwest Washington DC. The building was constructed from 1906 to 1907 on the site of Workley's Hotel to house the Union Trust and Storage Company, which later merged into First American Bancorp. The historic building has housed tenants like the New America Foundation, a liberal think tank.
