Ulisse Cordaro (1972-2008) was a Messina crime family enforcer. He was killed in the Battery Park construction site shootout in the spring of 2008 by Niko Bellic.

Ulisse Cordaro was born in Little Italy, Manhattan, New York City in 1972 to a family of Italian descent, and he became a member of the American Mafia at a young age. Cordaro was hired as an enforcer for the Messina crime family, and he was sent to serve as one of the lookout guards at Yusuf Amir's construction site in Battery Park, Lower Manhattan in 2008. Cordaro was one of the men sent to oversee the union strike against Amir, and Playboy X sent Niko Bellic to help Amir out by killing the striking union members. Bellic, taking position on the rooftop of a tall building across the street from the construction site, drew a sniper rifle and shot Cordaro in the chest. Cordaro fell from his construction crane and onto an SUV below, triggering its alarm after hitting it.
