The Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform (UDAR) was a Ukrainian liberal political party that existed from 2010 to 2015. The party was registered on 14 March 2005 as Political Party "European Capital", and it evolved into the Vitali Klitschko Bloc, named for its leader, the former heavyweight boxer. In 2010, UDAR officially became a party, and it opposed corruption and supported Ukrainian membership in the European Union. In 2015, the party merged into the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. On 18 May 2019, UDAR undid its merge in order to compete in the parliamentary elections, but it only competed in 15 single-mandate constituencies and won no seats.
