Ukon Yamashina (born 1965) was a Japanese yakuza criminal who was affiliated with the Shimano-gumi subsidiary of the Tojo-kai in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980s. In January 1989, he and Sadao Kanda harassed Makoto Makimura and her friend on a public street, attempting to convince them to appear in pornographic films. Makoto smacked them both after they tried to feel the women up, and their boss Goro Majima later arrived, surprised to see his old acquaintance Makoto (who did not recognize him after regaining her sight) again. The two men then jokingly encouraged Majima to have a turn with Makoto after they were done with her, but Makoto knocked both of them out in anger, protecting Makoto.
