Ujishige Niwa (died 1584) was a general of the Tokugawa and lord of the Iwasaki Castle. During the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute, the Toyotomi general Tsuneoki Ikeda captured Iwasaki Castle and Ujishige was among the 300 Tokugawa dead.
