Ufegeat Cheeseman (829-) was an Anglo-Saxon man who lived in Boston, Lincolnshire during the late 9th century AD. In 875 AD, he challenged the Norwegian Viking warrior Eivor to a drinking contest in the Boston longhouse, and he narrowly defeated Eivor after drinking a full five horns of ale.
